Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- Free from pet hair, odors, stains, or damage
- Returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)
For hygiene and quality reasons, we may refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Sizing Notice
Please carefully review the size chart before placing your order. As pet breeds and body shapes vary, sizing issues alone do not indicate a product defect. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before ordering and our team will be happy to assist.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Products returned without prior authorization
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Return Shipping Costs
If the Return Is Due to Our Error

Kipawco will cover the return shipping cost.
If the Return Is Due to Customer Preference
Examples include:
- Ordered the wrong size
- Changed your mind
- No longer wanted the item
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
